Current Events Resources

While these are not the only sites that you can find current events articles, these sites have been vetted by teachers and students. They tend to be reliable sources of information and are written at grade level for audiences such as our classroom. For our first week the assignment includes finding an article in the news and filling out the current events worksheet however you will be asked to provide written summaries as the weeks progress.
